Yes. You can cancel at any time from the subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.

First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase via original payment method. Refunds complete within 5–10 business days. No refunds after 30 days.

Go to Settings → Subscription and select a new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed by Paystack. Accepted methods include M-Pesa (Kenya, Tanzania), Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and USSD. Voidlogue never handles your payment details directly.

The Duo plan is for two people with shared privacy needs — partners, co-founders, close collaborators, parent and adult child. It's not about the relationship type; it's about two people both needing full platform access at a household rate.

The primary subscriber generates a single-use token — valid for 24 hours — and shares it privately with their partner out-of-band. The partner redeems it to activate Duo-tier features. Voidlogue never links the two accounts in its database.

No. Void Mode, end-to-end encryption, decoy mode, eye toggle, panic clear, and codename rotation are available on the free tier. Safety features are never paywalled.

Your account remains on the Free tier. Existing conversations are unaffected — they already contain only one message at a time. You'll be limited to 3 relationships going forward but existing rooms are preserved.

Yes. Go to Settings → Account and select "Delete account." All personal data is purged within 72 hours. Subscription data is anonymised and retained for 7 years for tax compliance.
